Returns and Refunds

Returns

During the first 7 days of your purchase, we can offer refunds or exchanges for items that are in the same condition as when they were sent to you. To qualify for a refund or exchange, your item must still be unused. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept a variety of types of food items, such as perishable foods. Intimate or sanitary goods as well as hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases are not accepted.

In order to complete your return, we need your proof of purchase.

Note: Returns should not be sent to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable). In such cases, if the product is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, or if it was returned more than 7 days after it was delivered.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will email you to notify you that it has been received. We will also inform you if you have been approved for a refund.
If your refund is approved, then your credit card or original method of payment will be credited within a specific period of time.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

It may take up to 72 hours for your refund to appear on your credit card statement, so check your account again. Then contact your credit card company, it can take some time for the refund to appear.
Next, get in touch with your bank. Before a refund is issued, it often takes time to process.

Sale items (if applicable)

It is possible to return only regularly priced items, but sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Only products that are deficient or damaged are substituted. If you need to change it, send an email to deephadworld@gmail.com and send your item to:

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You are accounted for the return of your goods for your own shipping costs. Costs of shipment are not reimbursable. The cost of returning shipping is deduced from your refund if you receive a refund.
The time it takes to reach you may vary depending on where you are living.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you send an item more than £50. We don't guarantee that your returned item will be received.

Delivery infomation

 We reserve the right at all times to limit these services. In extraordinary cases, we reserve the right to change or modify delivery times.

We know that unforeseen things take place and there might be times where you can't get your products. Don't be bothered, if so. Let us know the day before the expected delivery by 12 p.m. Contact us on 07404324801 for a free rescheduled delivery.

Terms and Conditions

Acceptance

There will not be some sort of agreement between you and us until we ship the goods to you. Your order is a buying deal from us. Nothing we do or say amounts to approval before we finally deliver the products to you. We can refuse to deliver the goods to you at any point until then, without any excuse. 

Delivery

At the time of placing your order, delivery will take place at the address you indicated. Your order will be delivered to the delivery address' main entry, as long as it is secured. We reserve the right always to only deliver to, or as near as possible to, the main entry to the delivery address. If we are unable to deliver to your area, we will notify you either during the registration or the order process when you enter your delivery address. Delivery times vary from location to location but delivery is not possible on the entire United Kingdom of Mainland from Monday till Friday 24 hours. No weekend delivery. All items shall be signed by an adult aged 18 years or older upon delivery. While we do what we can to deliver all your goods at the agreed point in time, we are not responsible for our inability to deliver all or part of it because we are unable to do so.

General

These Product Words are regulated and understood according to English and Wales legislation, and disputes only resolved by the English courts. Where any Court of competent authority finds any of these product terms unconstitutional, invalid or non-enforceable in full or partially, this shall not affect the validity, to the maximum degree allowed by statute, of the remaining goods.
